The rooms at Appart Hotel Nuiteejour Le Mans Centre Jaures are absolutely amazing. They have fully equipped kitchens with dining tables, so you can cook and enjoy meals together. The private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers are clean and convenient. Plus, each unit also comes with a safety deposit box, a satellite flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a desk. And let's not forget the cozy seating area where you can relax and unwind. It's like having your own little home away from home!
Some may find the satellite flat-screen TV to be unnecessary, but personally, I didn't mind it.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining table: This hotel saved me from starving like a lost traveler in the wilderness. With a kitchen that had everything from an oven to a dishwasher, I could whip up a meal worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. Even Gordon Ramsay would be impressed!
Incomplete kitchenware: Oops, it seems the "Iron Chef" in me was brought down a notch. The hotel's kitchenware collection was missing a few pieces, including enough wine glasses for a toast.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the old town either by public transport or by car. There are good parking opportunities on the street, both free during the night and all day around the corner. The room was clean and had comfortable beds with fresh linen and towels. The host was helpful and provided clear instructions. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen facilities, a large TV, and a comfortable bed.
The kitchenware provided was minimal, lacking a coffee apparatus and having incomplete utensils and glassware.

We loved the easy access to the old town by public transport or car and the good parking opportunities on the street. The room was adequate and not expensive. The beds were very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The host was helpful and gave good instructions. The apartment had a luxury bathroom and a huge TV with Netflix.
Felt like family, no reason to complain.

The location couldn't be better for exploring the area, with easy access to the tram system and beautiful parkland walks nearby. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The bed was huge and cozy, and I appreciated having everything I needed in one compact space.
One drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the apartment, as it got quite hot during my stay. Lastly, the kitchenware provided was minimal, and there was no coffee apparatus available.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable, and the large TV with Netflix was a bonus. The free WiFi was a plus, and I enjoyed relaxing in the shared lounge area. The distance to Louis-Aragon Multimedia Library was just right, not too far nor too close.
Missing the thrill of a potentially lethal staircase and the joy of inadequate cleaning.

Because who needs a peaceful night's sleep? The walls were as thin as paper, allowing me to hear every sound from my neighbors.
